3 Patapoufs

First time this morning. Impressed by the choice of aesthetic savory and sweet bites. The service is impeccable, accompanied by smiles. The chocolate chip cookie has a pleasant almond taste. However, disappointed with its crunchy and sandy character. The biscuit guarantees longevity on the shelf, but I prefer a tender and soft biscuit. The chocolate Swiss caught my eye with its size and overflowing generosity. The leaf on top is well caramelized, brittle with a sweet taste. The first bites of the Swiss are explosive in flavors, especially with its dark chocolate which leans towards bitterness but accompanied by a coating sweetness. The taste does not follow the following, empty mouthfuls. We only taste the puff pastry, wet with what was there before. The fodder did not come back as well, leaving me in a lurch. I wonder if I should have kept my original plan of a simple butter croissant. The latter didn't attract me much enough. Very small and appears white to me, as if low in fat, not sufficiently nourished. I will definitely come back to test the other items presented
